The invention discloses a carrying service robot and a moving chassis thereof. Overturning of a carrying mechanism between an initial position and a target position is achieved through rotation of anoutput shaft of a steering engine, meanwhile, the carrying mechanism is driven to move left and right on the horizontal plane through movement of a lead screw sliding block on a lead screw motor, effective clamping of a recycled barrel is achieved, the whole carrying action is stable and reliable, and the realizability is high. Meanwhile, vibration of the service robot in the operation process iseffectively reduced through damping springs; a distance measuring sensor is adopted to detect obstacles, and the obstacle avoidance function of the service robot in the operation process is achieved;the carrying service robot is convenient to machine and manufacture and high in achievable degree, medical instruments and postoperative waste after each operation can be conveyed to a designated cleaning disposal site in time, and it is guaranteed that postoperative instruments and waste after reach operation can be treated in time.

    本发明公开了一种搬运服务机器人及其移动底盘,通过舵机输出轴的转动实现搬运机构在初始位置与目标位置之间的翻转,同时通过丝杆电机上丝杠滑块的移动带动搬运机构在水平面上左右移动,实现对回收圆桶的有效夹取,整个搬运动作稳定可靠,可实现度高。同时利用减振弹簧有效降低了服务机器人运行过程中的振动;采用测距传感器检测障碍物,实现服务机器人运行过程中的避障功能;本发明的搬运服务机器人加工制造方便,可实现程度高,能够及时将每台手术后的医疗器材和术后废弃物运送至指定的清洗处理点,保证每台手术后的术后器材和废弃物能够及时的得到处理。
