The invention relates to an intelligent parking system and method based on NB-IOT and an intelligent lamp post, and the intelligent parking system comprises: a server which is an information interaction hub between a user and an IOT platform, and stores the user information and parking space information; an intelligent parking space lock which communicates with the IOT platform and the user to achieve unlocking or locking; a detection device located on the intelligent lamp pole,wherein one detection device detects multiple pieces of parking space information and multiple pieces of vehicle information; NB-IOT modules which are located on the intelligent parking spot lock and the intelligent lamp post and used for transmitting intelligent parking spot lock information, parking spot information and vehicle information; and an IOT platform which is used for receiving the information transmitted by the NB-IOT module and the server and providing parking space query and booking services. Theparking method comprises the steps that reservation request information is received, the IOT platform updates and generates pairing information, the intelligent parking space lock judges that the pairing information is correct and performs unlocking timing, and the IOT platform updates, locks and stops timing when parking is finished. Compared with the prior art, the parking space utilization rateis increased, use is convenient for users, and traffic jam is avoided.

    本发明涉及一种基于NB‑IOT和智慧灯杆的智能停车系统及停车方法,智能停车系统包括:服务器,用户与IOT平台之间的信息交互枢纽,存储用户信息和车位信息;智能车位锁,与IOT平台和用户进行通信,实现开锁或关锁;位于智慧灯杆的检测装置,一个检测装置检测多个车位信息和多个车辆信息;位于智能车位锁和智慧灯杆上的NB‑IOT模块,传递智能车位锁信息、车位信息和车辆信息;IOT平台,接收NB‑IOT模块和服务器传递的信息,提供车位查询和订位服务;停车方法包括接收预约请求信息、IOT平台更新并产生配对信息、智能车位锁判断配对信息正确并开锁计时、停车结束时IOT平台更新并关锁停止计时。与现有技术相比,提高了车位利用率,方便用户使用,避免交通堵塞。
