The invention relates to the technical field of machinery and discloses a winch for ship traction hoisting. The winch comprises a drum; one end of the drum is rotatably connected with a fixed rod; thefixed rod extends into the cavity of the drum and is fixedly connected with an internal cylinder; a main electromagnet is fixedly mounted in the internal cylinder; a plurality of slideways corresponding to the magnetic pole surface of the main electromagnet are formed in the side face of the internal cylinder; a damping mechanism is arranged at the slideway at the two ends of the internal cylinder; a main friction mechanism is arranged at the slideway in the middle of the internal cylinder; and a baffle plate and a kinetic friction belt corresponding to the damping mechanism and the main friction mechanism separately are arranged on the inner walls of the drum. According to the winch, a damping spring blocks the baffle plate to convert a part of rotary kinetic energy of the drum into theelastic potential energy of the damping spring, so that the rotary speed of the baffle plate is reduced, frictional loss at the contact moment of a static friction belt and the kinetic friction belt is reduced, the service life of each of the static friction belt and the kinetic friction belt is prolonged, and the repairing cost of the winch is reduced at the same time.

    本发明涉及机械技术领域,且公开了一种船舶牵引起重用卷扬机,包括卷筒,所述卷筒的一端转动连接有固定杆,所述固定杆延伸至卷筒的内腔中并固定连接有内筒,所述内筒的内部固定安装有主电磁铁,所述内筒的侧面开设有多个与主电磁铁磁极面相对应的滑道,所述内筒两端的滑道处设有阻尼机构,所述内筒中间的滑道处设有主摩擦机构,所述卷筒的内壁上分别设置有与阻尼机构和主摩擦机构位置相对应的挡板和动摩擦带。本发明通过阻尼弹簧对挡板的阻挡,将一部分卷筒旋转的动能转化成阻尼弹簧的弹性势能,从而降低挡板的转速,减少静摩擦带和动摩擦带接触瞬间的摩擦损耗,延长了静摩擦带和动摩擦带的使用寿命,同时也减少了卷扬机的维修成本。
