The invention relates to a truss RGV robot. The truss RGV robot comprises a vehicle body frame, a power device, a lifting device and a clamping device, wherein the power device is fixed in the vehiclebody frame, the lower portion of the vehicle body frame is connected with the lifting device through a lifting fixing plate, and the clamping device is arranged below the lifting device; travelling wheels are arranged on the outer surfaces of the two sides of the vehicle body frame, the travelling wheels are connected through transmission shafts, and limiting wheels are arranged on the two sides,adjacent to the travelling wheels, of the vehicle body frame; and the power device is composed of a motor and a speed reducer, and connected with the travelling wheels on one side through one transmission shaft. The truss RGV robot is simple and stable in structure, reasonable in design and convenient to use, on one hand, the loading capacity of the RGV is greatly improved, and on the other hand,the operation lifting precision can be guaranteed to achieve the accurate carrying operation.

    本发明涉及一种桁架RGV机器人,包括车体框架、动力装置、升降装置和夹取装置,所述的动力装置固定在车体框架内,车体框架的下方通过升降固定板与升降装置相连,升降装置的下方设有夹取装置;所述车体框架的两侧外表面均设有行走轮,行走轮之间通过传动轴相连,与行走轮相邻的车体框架的两侧上均设有限位轮;所述的动力装置由电机和减速器组成,通过传动轴与一侧的行走轮相连。本发明结构简单稳固,设计合理、使用方便,一方面是将RGV的载重能力很大的提升,另一方面又能保证运行提升的精度的,实现精确搬运作业。
