The invention discloses an active control device for propeller shaft transverse vibration. The active control deice comprises a stern bearing, a middle bearing and a thrust bearing which are sequentially distributed in an axial direction of a propeller shaft, and further comprises an electromagnetic bearing assembly, wherein one end, close to the stern bearing, of the propeller shaft is connectedto counterweight, and the other end of the propeller shaft is connected to a motor; the electromagnetic bearing assembly comprises an electromagnetic bearing, a displacement sensor, a controller and apower amplifier, wherein the electromagnetic bearing is arranged on the propeller shaft; the displacement sensor is mounted on the electromagnetic bearing; the displacement sensor is connected to thecontroller; and the power amplifier is separately connected to the controller and the electromagnetic bearing. The active control device can reduce load of the stern bearing or the middle bearing, sothat bearing friction force is reduced or eliminated.
本发明提出一种推进轴横向振动主动控制装置,包括沿推进轴的轴向依次分布的艉轴承、中间轴承以及推力轴承,推进轴的靠近艉轴承的一端连接配重,另一端连接电机,还包括电磁轴承组件,电磁轴承组件电磁轴承、位移传感器、控制器及功率放大器,电磁轴承设于推进轴上,位移传感器安装于电磁轴承上,位移传感器与控制器相连,功率放大器分别与控制器及电磁轴承相连。本发明能够降低艉轴承或中间轴承载荷的载荷,从而减小或消除了轴承摩擦力。
