The invention provides a construction method of a clean workshop. The construction method comprises the steps that a foundation raft plate is constructed, and steel uprights are inserted into the foundation raft plate; a crawler crane is arranged on the foundation raft plate, and multiple groups of trusses are sequentially hoisted in position by utilizing the crawler crane; the multiple groups ofthe trusses are sequentially connected to form a steel-structure truss roof, and the steel-structure truss roof is fixed on the steel uprights; a roof accessory structure is constructed on the steel-structure truss roof; a lower technical interlayer is constructed the foundation raft plate, and meanwhile roof machine room structures are constructed on the roof accessory structure; and a clean workshop is constructed on the lower technical interlayer. In the construction method of the clean workshop, by adopting an inverse construction process, not only is the contradiction between hoisting ofthe roof trusses with a large-span structure and the construction operation surface solved, but also the lower technical interlayer and the roof machine room structures can be constructed at the sametime. Therefore, the occupation of the installation period of roof air-conditioner fresh air equipment is reduced, and the overall construction progress is greatly improved.

    本申请提供一种洁净厂房的施工方法,包括:施做基础筏板,并在基础筏板上插入钢立柱;将履带吊设置于基础筏板上,并利用履带吊依次将多榀桁架吊装就位;将多榀桁架依次连接组成钢结构桁架屋面,并将述钢结构桁架屋面固定于钢立柱上;在钢结构桁架屋面上施做屋面附属结构;在基础筏板上施做下技术夹层,同时在屋面附属结构上施做屋面机房结构;在下技术夹层上施做洁净车间。在本申请提供的洁净厂房的施工方法中,通过采用逆作施工工艺,不但解决了大跨度构造的屋面桁架吊装与施工操作面的矛盾,而且下技术夹层和屋面机房结构能够同时施工,由此减少屋面空调新风设备安装工期的占用,大幅度提高总体施工进度。
