The invention discloses an extra-long subway tunnel 25m steel rail replacing and laying device and a using method thereof. The device comprises a replacing and laying portal frame, a walking mechanism, an auxiliary walking device and a hoisting system; the replacing and laying portal frame comprises a vertical beam, an upper beam and a limiting cross beam, and the upper beam and the limiting crossbeam are fixed to the vertical beam; walking rollers are arranged below the replacing and laying portal frame; the auxiliary walking device comprises auxiliary walking wheels and an auxiliary walkingleaning beam, the auxiliary walking leaning beam is welded and fixed to the replacing and laying portal frame, and the auxiliary walking wheels can freely slide on the side of a ballast bed; the hoisting system comprises a walking track, an electric hoist, a lifting hook, a steel rail caliper and a remote controller, the walking track is fixed below the upper beam, and limiting plates are arranged at the two ends of the walking track; and the remote controller can control the electric hoist to freely walk on the walking track, and the steel rail caliper is sleeved on the lifting hook. The device can assist steel rail alignment, placement and other operations, the steel rail replacing and laying efficiency is improved, and the problems that safety risks are caused by traditional manual rail overturning, and the ballast bed is damaged by steel rails are avoided.

    本发明公开了一种特长地铁隧道25m钢轨换铺装置及使用方法,包括换铺门架、行走机构、辅助行走装置和吊装系统;换铺门架包括竖梁、上梁和限位横梁,上梁和限位横梁与竖梁固定;行走滚轮设置在换铺门架下方;辅助行走装置包括辅助行走轮和辅助行走靠梁,辅助行走靠梁焊接固定于换铺门架上,辅助行走轮可以在道床侧方自由滑动;吊装系统包括行走轨道、电动葫芦、吊钩、钢轨卡钳和遥控器;行走轨道固定在上梁下方,行走轨道两端设置限位板;遥控器可以控制电动葫芦在行走轨道上自由行走,钢轨卡钳套在吊钩上。本发明可辅助钢轨对位、放置等操作,提高了钢轨换铺效率,避免了传统人工翻轨造成的安全风险及钢轨砸伤道床等问题。
