The invention discloses a large-scale deep vertical-shaft hoist. The large-scale deep vertical-shaft hoist comprises driving systems, and a lifting mechanism is arranged between the driving systems; the lifting mechanism comprises four drums, steel wire ropes are wound on the drums, a universal coupling is arranged between the two drums in the middle, an included angle is formed between the two drums in the middle, and a main shaft device is connected between the driving systems in a driving mode. Three clutches are arranged on the main shaft device, and the four drums penetrate through the main shaft device. One of the clutches is located on one side of the universal coupling, and the other two clutches are arranged on the other side of the universal coupling. According to the large-scaledeep vertical-shaft hoist, the relative positions of the drums on the main shaft device are kept unchanged, and the relative position of the main shaft device is changed by the driving systems to achieve the horizontal state in the lifting process, so that the situation that the transportation of materials in a wellbore is not unstable is avoided, and the materials are transported to the corresponding positions accurately.
