The invention provides an offshore floating body recovery device and method. The device comprises a bracket, a capturing arm, a rotary driving mechanism, a bracket, guide rails and a lifting mechanism, the support comprises a left supporting beam and a right supporting beam which are symmetrically arranged on a ship outer plate. The inner side ends of the catching arms are hinged with the outer side ends of the left and right support beams; the rotation driving mechanism is installed on the supporting beams and the catching arms and drives the catching arms on the two sides to rotate, the bracket is connected with the guide rail sliding plate through fasteners, the two sides of the guide rail sliding plate are connected with the guide rail configuration, the top of the guide rail is connected with the left supporting beam and the right supporting beam, and the lifting mechanism is installed on a ship deck and connected with the guide rail sliding plate to lift the bracket. By replacinga proper capturing bracket, automatic capturing and recycling operation of various floating bodies is achieved.

    本发明提出一种海上浮体回收装置及方法,包括支架、捕捉臂、回转驱动机构、托架、导轨和提升机构,支架为对称安设于船外板上的左、右支撑梁,捕捉臂内侧端头与左、右支撑梁外侧端头相铰接,回转驱动机构安设于支撑梁和捕捉臂上,驱动两侧捕捉臂回转运动,托架通过紧固件与导轨滑板相连,导轨滑板两侧与导轨配置相连,导轨顶部与左、右支撑梁相连,提升机构安设于船体甲板上,与导轨滑板相连,提升托架。本发明通过更换合适的捕获托架,实现各类浮体的自动捕捉回收作业。
