The invention discloses a ship tapping anti-falling device and a using method thereof. The anti-falling device comprises a U-shaped clamping plate, anti-skid rubber blocks, a fastening bolt and a hook, wherein the number of the anti-skid rubber blocks is two, the two anti-skid rubber blocks are arranged on the two opposite inner side surfaces of the U-shaped clamping plate respectively; a threadedhole is formed in one side surface of the U-shaped clamping plate in a penetrating mode; the fastening bolt is matched with the threaded hole; the hook is welded to the closed end of the U-shaped clamping plate; and an installation hole is formed in the anti-skid rubber block installed on the side surface where the threaded hole is formed, and the hole diameter of the installation hole is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the fastening bolt. The tapping anti-falling device is easy to install, the steps of welding, cutting off, polishing and painting make-up are not needed, the tapping anti-falling device can be repeatedly used, the material utilization rate is increased, material waste and the procedures of welding and polishing repair are reduced, and the material and labor costis reduced.

    本发明公开了一种船舶开孔防跌落装置及其使用方法,所述防跌落装置包括U型卡板、防滑橡胶块、紧固螺栓及挂钩,所述防滑橡胶块设置为两个,分别设置于所述U型卡板两个相对的内侧面,所述U型卡板的一个侧面上贯穿设置有螺纹孔,所述紧固螺栓与所述螺纹孔相匹配,所述挂钩焊接于所述U型卡板的封闭端,安装于开设螺纹孔的侧面处的防滑橡胶块上开设有安装孔,所述安装孔的孔径略大于所述紧固螺栓的外径。本发明的开口防跌落装置安装简单,无需焊接、割除、打磨、补漆的步骤,并且可以重复使用,提高了材料的利用率,减少了材料的浪费及焊接与打磨修复的工序,降低了材料和人工成本。
