The invention discloses a pressure test method for a PV valve of a cargo hold of a chemical tanker. The pressure test method specifically comprises the steps of assembling a pressure test device, specifically, connecting an air source with a pressure vacuum device; starting the pressure vacuum device, inflating the PV valve through an air inlet hose, keeping positive pressure in the PV valve, andwhen the PV valve jumps, recording first jumping pressure displayed on the pressure vacuum device; and closing the air inlet hose, conducting air extraction through an air extraction hose, keeping negative pressure in the PV valve, and when the PV valve jumps, recording second jumping pressure displayed on the pressure vacuum device. The pressure test method is convenient to operate, the pressurevacuum device is connected with the PV valve and the base through the hose, and the jumping pressure of the PV valve can be rapidly and conveniently tested.

    本发明公开了一种化学品船货舱PV阀的压力试验方法,具体包括以下步骤:组装压力试验装置:将气源与压力真空装置相连;启动压力真空装置,通过进气软管向PV阀内充气,使PV阀内保持正压,当PV阀起跳时,记录压力真空装置上显示的第一起跳压力;关闭进气软管,通过抽气软管进行抽气,使PV阀内保持负压,当PV阀起跳时,记录压力真空装置上显示的第二起跳压力。本发明操作方便,通过采用软管将压力真空装置与PV阀和底座连接在一起,可以快速、方便的测试PV阀的起跳压力。
