The invention relates to an electric vehicle self-walking finished vehicle assembling method, which comprises the steps of inputting a painted vehicle body into a general assembly workshop to completeinstallation of a driving part; inputting a VCU program; installing and calibrating a detachable vehicle-mounted controller; controlling the electric vehicle to sequentially advance to each station by the vehicle-mounted controller to finish the assembly of the remaining parts; detecting the assembly quality; dismounting the vehicle-mounted controller; inputting a VCU program of the assembled vehicle; calibrating the assembled vehicle; and carrying out subsequent performance detection, rain detection, final detection and road test. According to the invention, the driving part is pre-assembledon the electric vehicle, the self-walking of the electric vehicle can be driven and controlled, most stations are not restrained by conveying equipment such as a sliding plate line and a plate chainline in the assembling process, the investment cost of civil engineering and production equipment in construction of the electric vehicle assembly workshop is greatly reduced, flexible arrangement ofmost stations of the electric vehicle assembly workshop is achieved, and large-scale customized and intelligent production of electric vehicles is achieved by controlling the vehicles to walk.

    本发明涉及一种电动汽车自行走装配成品车方法,包括:漆后车身输入总装车间后,完成驱动部件的安装;VCU程序输入;安装和标定拆卸式车载控制器;车载控制器控制电动汽车依次行进至各工位完成剩余零部件的装配;装配质量检测;拆除车载控制器;装配后车辆VCU程序输入;装配后车辆标定;进行后续的性能检测、淋雨检测、最终检测及路试。本发明通过对电动汽车预装配驱动部件,可驱动、控制电动汽车本身自行走,使装配过程大多数工位脱离了滑板线、板链线等输送设备的约束,大幅降低了电动汽车总装车间建设中的土建、生产设备方面的投资费用,实现了电动汽车总装车间多数工位的灵活布置,通过控制车辆行走实现电动汽车大规模定制化、智能化生产。
