According to the rail vehicle brake control method and device, the electronic equipment and the storage medium, the minimum vehicle speed point for applying the maintaining brake is calculated by integrating multiple factors, vehicle sliding caused by the error of the applying time of the maintaining brake is avoided, the calculation process is simple, a large number of resources do not need to be consumed, and no site requirement exists.
