Based on a vehicle-mounted three-dimensional electronic map, vehicle dynamic three-dimensional positioning data actually measured by the satellite navigator, parameters of all subsystems of the vehicle and the state of charge of a power battery pack, the relative speed, absolute distance and other data between the vehicle and the vehicle in front of the same lane which are actually measured by the forward-looking millimeter-wave radar, a cloud AI brain and a vehicle-mounted AI brain of the oil-saving robot dynamically cooperate with each other, the vehicle controller commands the vehicle-mounted electric power shunt, the response time is 10 milliseconds, the flowing direction and amplitude of hundred-kilowatt-level electric power are accurately and dynamically allocated among the internal combustion engine, the generator, the battery pack and the driving motor; the transient power balance of a vehicle kinetic equation is met in real time, and the beneficial effects of minimizing vehicle oil consumption and emission, reducing the long-distance driving laborintensity of a driver, improving the driving active safety of the vehicle and the like are achieved through a predictive self-adaptive cruise oil-saving control algorithm.
