The invention relates to a BSS-containing microgrid combined system optimization scheduling method considering an overstock punishment mechanism. The method is characterized by establishing a grid-connected microgrid combined system containing a BSS; charging by comparing the power generation costs of MT, wind power and electricity purchased from a main network; introducing the overstock punishment mechanism, utilizing a BSS battery pack as an energy storage system to store the electric energy for an electric vehicle, punishing according to the completion condition of providing a battery replacement service for an owner of the electric vehicle by a BSS, feeding back the battery replacement completion condition to a combined system, and enabling the system to make a battery charging and replacing plan according to user side feedback; and finally, taking the minimum sum of the fan cost, the MT cost, the system standby cost, the battery depreciation cost, the overstock punishment cost andthe cost of purchasing electricity from the main network by the combined system as a target, constructing a BSS-containing microgrid combined system optimal scheduling model considering the overstockpunishment mechanism. The method has the advantages of scientificity, reasonability, high applicability, high system energy utilization rate, low operation cost and the like.

    本发明是一种考虑积压惩罚机制的含BSS微网联合系统优化调度方法,其特点是,包括建立含有BSS的可并网微网联合系统,通过对比MT、风电和从主网中购电三者的发电成本进行择优充能,引入积压惩罚机制,利用BSS电池组作为储能系统为电动汽车储备电力能源,同时根据BSS向电动汽车车主提供换电服务的完成情况进行惩罚,并将换电完成情况反馈给联合系统,系统根据用户侧反馈制定充换电计划。最后以风机成本、MT成本、系统备用成本、电池折旧成本、积压惩罚成本和联合系统从主网中购电成本之和最小为目标,构建考虑积压惩罚机制的含BSS微网联合系统优化调度模型。具有科学合理,适用性强,系统能源利用率高,运行成本低等优点。
