The driving motor drives the lock pin to slide and stretch through the transmission mechanism; the lock pin is matched with an elastic reset piece for driving the lock pin to retract and reset when the manual unlocking operation mechanism performs unlocking operation; the transmission mechanism comprises a power input element and a power output element which are in linkage connection; the power input element is in transmission connection with the driving motor; the lock pin comprises a sliding push block and a lock rod fixed on the sliding push block; the power output element is movably arranged on the sliding push block and slides along with the sliding push block; the power output element is matched with the sliding push block in a pushing mode; and the manual unlocking operation mechanism drives thepower output element to control power connection and disconnection of the power output element and the power input element.
