The anti-explosion hydrogenation vehicle comprises a vehicle frame and further comprises a gas storage bottle, a hydrogen compressor, ahydrogenation machine, a nitrogen generator, a bottom plate and an automatic cut-off valve, wherein the gas storage bottle is used for containing hydrogen; the hydrogen compressor is connected with the gas storage bottle through a pipeline I, the hydrogenation machine is connected with the hydrogen compressor through a pipeline II, and a connector connected with the nitrogen generator is arrangedon the pipeline I; the bottom plate is arranged on the vehicle frame, and the gas storage cylinder, the hydrogen compressor, the hydrogenation machine and the nitrogen generator are all arranged on the bottom plate; and the automatic cut-off valve is located between the connector and the gas storage cylinder. According to the anti-explosion hydrogenation vehicle, the gas inlet of the hydrogen compressor is not in a normal high-pressure state, residual hydrogen in the pipeline I, the hydrogen compressor, the pipeline II and the hydrogenation machine behind the automatic cut-off valve is cleared in time after hydrogenation is completed, and the leakage points of the hydrogen are few.
