The invention provides a parking tower type unmanned aerial vehicle take-off and landing system which comprises a parking box body which is provided with an upward opening and fixedly arranged on a tower, and a positive and negative split conductive support which fixedly arranged at the bottom of an unmanned aerial vehicle. Box body sliding covers are symmetrically and slidably connected to the top of the parking box body; a charging rotating seat with an upward opening and provided with rotating power by the positive and negative split conductive support is rotationally embedded in the parking box body, a transmission unit is arranged on the inner wall of the parking box body, and a power supply unit which upwards penetrates through the charging rotating base and provides charging electric energy for the positive and negative split conductive support is arranged at the bottom of the parking box body; the power input end of the transmission unit is in power connection with the chargingrotating base, and the power output end of the transmission unit is in power connection with the box body sliding cover.
