The invention discloses a nuclear power station shielding wall SC structure module hoisting method. The nuclear power station shielding wall SC structure module hoisting method comprises the followingsteps that a SC structure module is divided into four parts, hoisting point positions of the four parts are separately calculated; a hoisting mechanism is mounted at the four hoisting points; a first-stage balance beam position is calculated according to the gravity center position of the module, a second-stage balance beam position is calculated according to the first-stage balance beam positionand the hoisting point positions; a first-stage balance beam, a second-stage balance beam and the hoisting mechanism are sequentially connected from top to bottom through a sling, and the first-stagebalance beam is connected with a crane hook through the sling. According to the nuclear power station shielding wall SC structure module hoisting method, hoisting is carried out by adopting the two-stage balance beam, it is guaranteed that a steel wire rope and the module are vertically hoisted, the module is not subjected to horizontal component force, deformation of the module in the hoisting process is effectively controlled; collision between the sling and a CV structure adjacent to the SC structure is avoided; and the hoisting frequency is effectively reduced, the hoisting quality safetyrisk is reduced, the construction cost is reduced, and the module hoisting quality can be effectively ensured.

    本发明公开了一种核电站屏蔽墙SC结构模块吊装方法,包括以下步骤:将SC结构模块的一分为四,分别计算四个部分的吊点位置;在四个吊点位置均安装起吊机构;根据模块重心位置计算一级平衡梁位置,根据一级平衡梁位置和吊点位置计算二级平衡梁位置;利用吊索具从上到下依次连接一级平衡梁、二级平衡梁和起吊机构,所述一级平衡梁通过吊索具与起重机吊钩连接。本发明采用采用二级平衡梁吊装,保证钢丝绳与模块垂直起吊,模块不受水平分力,有效控制模块吊装过程中的变形;避免了吊索具与SC结构相邻的CV结构相碰撞;有效的减少了吊装次数,降低了吊装质量安全风险,减少了施工成本,能够有效保证模块吊装质量。
