The invention provides an escape platform and an escape platform system, and relates to the technical field of high-rise escape. The escape platform comprises a driving unit and a platform unit. The driving unit can drive the platform unit to ascend and descend, the independent platform unit can serve as a transverse platform or at least two platform units can jointly form the transverse platform,and a blocking layer can be constructed through a horizontal blocking mechanism. According to the escape platform, when people escape, people can move in the circumferential direction of a building and hide to a safe position, and therefore the escape safety of people is integrally guaranteed. The escape platform can prevent and control the big fire from spreading upwards and downwards, and therefore casualties and property losses caused by spreading of the big fire from the outer wall are reduced. The escape platform is combined with a control system and a detection system, when a disaster occurs, the transverse platform and the blocking layer can be rapidly arranged at the accident point in time, and people can escape more timely.
