The invention discloses an internet-of-things intelligent guide electric vehicle charging and anti-theft parking system. The system comprises a fence, an entrance access control mechanism, an exit access control mechanism and parking anti-theft mechanisms. The entrance access control mechanism, the exit access control mechanism and the parking anti-theft mechanisms are electrically connected witha main controller; the entrance access control mechanism is arranged at one end of the fence; the exit access control mechanism is arranged at the other end; the parking anti-theft mechanisms are arranged on the two symmetrical sides in the fence. A public passage is formed between the parking anti-theft mechanisms; the parking anti-theft mechanisms are provided with a plurality of parking spacesside by side. Each parking space comprises a chassis, a vertical mounting plate and a chassis ground lock; the vertical mounting plate is arranged against the fence; a charging socket and a two-dimensional code display screen which are electrically connected with the main controller are arranged on the vertical mounting plate, a groove corresponding to the chassis is formed in the ground of each parking space, an elastic piece is arranged at the bottom of the chassis, a pressure switch electrically connected with the main controller is arranged under the elastic piece, and the chassis ground lock is arranged at the end, close to the vertical mounting plate, of the chassis.
