The invention relates to a physically tempered dimming vehicle window capable of weakening rainbow spots. The physically tempered dimming vehicle window comprises physically tempered vehicle window having a hollow layer; a dimming film which is arranged on the hollow layer, wherein the dimming film is arranged to adjust the light transmittance of the physically tempered vehicle window by adjustingthe visible light in the circular polarization state into the visible light in the linear polarization state; a first compensation film which is arranged on the hollow layer and located on one side of the dimming film; and a second compensation film which is arranged on the hollow layer and located on the other side of the dimming film, wherein the first compensation film and the second compensation film are arranged to increase the total retardation of the visible light from the circular polarization state to the linear polarization state so as to weaken the rainbow spots of the physically tempered dimming car window. The total retardation of visible light from a circular polarization state to a linear polarization state is increased through the first compensation film and the second compensation film, the delay uniformity of light penetrating through the physically tempered dimming vehicle window is integrally improved, the rainbow spots of the physically tempered dimming vehicle window are weakened, the appearance quality of the dimming vehicle window glass is improved, and the physically tempered dimming vehicle window is simple in process and low in cost.
