The invention discloses a control method and a system for an automobile refrigerating circuit. The automobile refrigerating circuit comprises an air conditioning loop and a battery pack cooling loop,the battery pack cooling loop is internally provided with a circularly flowing cooling liquid, the air conditioning loop is internally provided with a circularly flowing refrigerant, the air conditioning loop comprises an air conditioning box and a cooler, the air conditioning box is used for adjusting the temperature of a passenger compartment, and the cooler is used for cooling a battery coolingliquid; the control method comprises the following steps: detecting the temperature of a battery cell, the temperature of the cooling liquid at a cooling liquid inlet of a battery pack and the refrigeration requirement of the passenger compartment; controlling the opening or closing of an electromagnetic expansion valve according to the temperature of the battery cell and the refrigeration requirement of the passenger compartment, or controlling the opening or closing of the electromagnetic expansion valve according to the temperature of the cooling liquid at the cooling liquid inlet of the battery pack and the refrigeration requirement of the passenger compartment; wherein the electromagnetic expansion valve is arranged at a refrigerant inlet of the air conditioning box, and a thermostatic expansion valve is arranged at a refrigerant inlet of the cooler. The control method is simple, and the production cost is reduced.

    本申请公开了一种用于汽车制冷回路的控制方法及系统,制冷回路包括空调回路和电池组冷却回路,电池组冷却回路内具有循环流动的冷却液,空调回路内具有循环流动的制冷剂,空调回路包括空调箱和冷却器,空调箱用于调节乘员舱的温度,冷却器用于对电池冷却液进行冷却降温;该控制方法包括:检测电芯温度、电池组的冷却液入口处的冷却液温度及乘员舱制冷需求;根据电芯温度及乘员舱制冷需求控制电磁膨胀阀的开启或关闭,或者根据电池组冷却液入口处的冷却液温度及乘员舱制冷需求控制电磁膨胀阀的开启或关闭;其中,空调箱的制冷剂入口处设置有电磁膨胀阀,冷却器的制冷剂入口处设置有热力膨胀阀。本申请控制方法简单,且降低了生产成本。
