The invention provides a mooring cable assembly with a movable insulating layer, a cable box and an unmanned aerial vehicle system. The mooring cable assembly comprises a joint, a first movable part,a cable, an insulating assembly and a fixed plate, the joint is fixedly connected with the first movable part, and the first end of the cable is fixedly connected to the joint; the insulating assemblycomprises an insulating tube, a second movable piece and a positioning block, the cable penetrates through the insulating tube and can move relative to the insulating tube, the length of the insulating tube is smaller than that of the cable, the second movable piece is fixedly connected with the first end of the insulating tube, the second movable piece is detachably connected with the first movable piece, and the positioning block is fixedly connected with the second end of the insulating tube; the insulating tube penetrates through the fixed plate and can move relative to the fixed plate, the first end of a joint piece and the first end of the insulating pipe are located on the first side of the fixed plate, the positioning block is located on the second side of the fixed plate, and thepositioning block is detachably connected with the fixed plate. By adopting the above scheme, the electric shock risk in the winding and unwinding process of a mooring cable can be reduced.
