The invention relates to a coaxial transmission attachment structure for a rear transmission (10) coaxially mounted on a frame (1) of a bicycle with respect to a rear axle. The coaxial transmission attachment structure has a main body part (20), a pivot mechanism, a movable part and a chain guide mechanism. The pivoting mechanism connects the main body part (20) with the movable part, and the chain guide mechanism is connected with the movable part in a manner of rotating around a rotating axis. The main body part (20) includes an attachment end for mounting coaxially on a bicycle frame with respect to a rear axle. A first arm (22a) and a second arm (22b) of the attachment end are arranged at a distance from each other in the axial direction and are provided by means of a corresponding threaded adapter (60) for mounting the transmission on a corresponding holder (201), in particular a rear fork end or a frame tail hook (201), of the rear structure of the bicycle frame. To this end, a first arm is to be placed or disposed axially inward of the holding portion and a second arm is to be placed or disposed axially outward of the holding part. The main body part is designed to be provided with an adjusting mechanism capable of enabling the main body part and the rear wheel shaft to coaxially rotate in the chain tensioning direction.
