The invention relates to an automobile intelligent self-control inclination test platform which comprises a test platform and an intelligent self-control system. The test platform comprises a platformbase, the platform base is provided with a plurality of long slope bench structures which are arranged in parallel, each long slope bench structure comprises a platform section, slope bench sectionsare arranged at the two ends of the platform section, a plurality of mounting groove structures are arranged on the platform section at intervals, an inclined jacking device is arranged in each mounting groove structure and comprises a bearing panel arranged at an opening of the mounting groove structure, each bearing panel is connected with the bottom of the corresponding mounting groove structure through a plurality of jacking air cylinder sets, the intelligent automatic control system comprises a PLC, a jacking air cylinder set control circuit and an angle sensor, and the angle sensor is arranged at bottom an automobile. According to the automobile intelligent self-control inclination test platform, the test platform is provided with the intelligent self-control inclined jacking deviceto adjust the position of the automobile, and the automobile intelligent self-control inclination test platform has the characteristic of intelligent self-control adjustment of the jacking height andthe inclination angle of the automobile.

    本发明涉及一种汽车智能自控倾斜测试平台包括测试平台、智能自控系统,测试平台包括平台基座,平台基座上设有平行布置的多个长坡台结构,长坡台结构包括平台段,平台段的两端设有坡台段,平台段上间隔设有多个安装凹槽结构,安装凹槽结构内设有倾斜顶撑装置,倾斜顶撑装置包括设在安装凹槽结构开口处的承重面板,承重面板通过多个顶撑气缸组与安装凹槽结构的底部连接,智能自控系统包括PLC控制器、顶撑气缸组控制电路、角度传感器,角度传感器设在汽车底部。本发明采用在测试平台上设置可智能自控的倾斜顶撑装置实现汽车位置的调节,具有可智能自控调节汽车顶升高度、倾斜角度的特点。
