The invention provides a satellite top plate suitable for multiple large-load installation. The top plate comprises a regular polygon main body and a plurality of side wings, and a plurality of side edges of the regular polygon main body extend outwards to form the plurality of side wings; outer boundaries of the side wings do not exceed an available envelope range of a whole satellite; and the satellite top plate comprises an upper skin, a honeycomb core and a lower skin, the honeycomb core is arranged between the upper skin and the lower skin, a top plate internal pre-buried reinforcing frame is pre-buried in the honeycomb core, and an appearance of the upper skin and the appearance of the lower skin are consistent with the overall appearance formed by the regular polygon main body and the side wings. The satellite top plate adopts a structure of the polygonal main body and the side wings, and the top plate internal pre-buried reinforcing frame is integrally machined and formed; anda utilization rate of available envelopes for carrying of the top plate is increased, overall force bearing performance and supporting rigidity of the top plate are improved, adaptability of a satellite to multiple large loads is improved, the top plate has a larger load mounting area, and more and larger satellite effective loads can be mounted.

    本发明提供了一种适用多台大载荷安装的卫星顶板,包括正多边形主体和多个边翼,所述正多边形主体的多个侧边向外延伸形成多个边翼;所述边翼的外边界不超过整星可用包络范围;所述卫星顶板包括上蒙皮、蜂窝芯子和下蒙皮,蜂窝芯子设置在上蒙皮和下蒙皮之间,所述蜂窝芯子内部预埋有顶板内部预埋加强框,上蒙皮和下蒙皮的外形均与正多边形主体和多个边翼构成的整体外形一致。本发明卫星顶板采用多边形主体加边翼的构型以及顶板内部预埋加强框采用一体化加工成型的方式,提高了顶板对运载可用包络的利用率,提高了顶板整体承力性能和支撑刚度,提高了卫星对多台大型载荷的适应性,使顶板具有更大的载荷安装面积,能安装更多、更大的卫星有效载荷。
