The invention relates to an airplane wheel hub contact load testing method. The method comprises the steps of regarding an airplane wheel hub structure as a complete revolving body structure, and ignoring local detail characteristics of the airplane wheel hub, such as an inflating valve and a hot melting plug hole; arranging a plurality of reference position points in the clockwise direction of the circumference of the airplane wheel hub from the position of the wheel hub inflating valve with the center line of the wheel hub inflating valve as the 0-degree position; and adhering a pressure sensor at the 0-degree position, loading a load F to each reference position point, testing the contact load between the tire and the hub in the loading process in real time through the pressure sensor,and recording the obtained test data to realize the contact load test of the airplane wheel hub. The hub stress level and the fracture part obtained by analyzing the strength of the airplane wheel hubaccording to the load data obtained by the test provided by the invention are basically consistent with the stress level and the fracture part obtained by the test.
一种机轮轮毂接触载荷测试方法,将机轮轮毂结构视为完全的回转体结构,忽略该机轮轮毂局部细节特征,比如气门嘴、热熔塞孔。以轮毂气门嘴的中心线为0°位置,从轮毂气门嘴位置始,沿机轮轮毂圆周顺时针方向设置多个参考位置点。在所述0°位置粘贴压力传感器,通过对各参考位置点加载载荷F,并通过所述压力传感器实时测试加载过程中轮胎与轮毂之间的接触载荷并记录得到的测试数据,实现对机轮轮毂接触载荷测试。采用本发明测试得到的载荷数据进行机轮轮毂强度分析得到的轮毂应力水平、断裂部位与试验得到的应力水平、断裂部位基本一致。
