The invention relates to the technical field of mine safety, and particularly relates to an inclined shaft lifting anti-sliding device which comprises a buffer rail and a connecting ring. One end of the buffer rail is pointed-cone-shaped, the other end of the buffer rail is provided with the connecting ring, the tail of the inclined shaft is provided with a fixing ring corresponding to the connecting ring, and the fixing ring is connected with the connecting ring through a connecting piece. Accidental sliding of a mine car is prevented, and the safety of inclined shaft lifting is improved.
