The invention relates to an electric vehicle battery fixing structure and an electric vehicle. The fixing structure comprises a battery pack and a supporting frame installed on a cross beam and a longitudinal beam of the electric vehicle. A length direction of the electric vehicle is defined as an x direction; a width direction of the electric vehicle is defined as a y direction; a supporting frame baffle and a supporting frame opening are arranged at two ends of the supporting frame in the y direction respectively, and the supporting frame opening is used for allowing the battery pack to enter and exit; at least one locking mechanism is included and comprises a lock cylinder and a lock body, the lock cylinder is arranged on the supporting frame, and the lock body is arranged on the battery pack; and the lock cylinder is provided with a clamping groove, the lock body is provided with a plurality of locking pieces clamped with the clamping groove, and after the battery pack is arrangedin the supporting frame, the locking pieces are automatically locked in the clamping groove so that the lock cylinder and the lock body are locked. Rapid battery replacement of the electric vehicle can be achieved, manufacturing cost is low, fatigue resistance is achieved, and manpower and time cost of battery replacement is effectively reduced.

    本发明涉及一种电动汽车电池固定结构及电动汽车,该固定结构包括电池包以及安装在电动汽车横梁和纵梁上的支撑架,定义电动汽车的长度方向为x向,定义电动汽车的宽度方向为y向,所述支撑架的y向的两端分别设有支撑架挡板和支撑架开口,所述支撑架开口用于所述电池包进出,还包括至少一个锁止机构,包括锁芯和锁体,所述锁芯设置在所述支撑架上,所述锁体设置在所述电池包上;所述锁芯设有卡槽,所述锁体上设有与所述卡槽卡合的若干锁止件,所述电池包置入所述支撑架内后,所述锁止件自动锁紧于所述卡槽内,进而使所述锁芯与所述锁体锁合。本发明可实现电动汽车的快速换电,制造成本低、耐疲劳且有效降低换电的人力和时间成本。
