The invention discloses a destressing tempering device for spring washers and a using method thereof. The destressing tempering device comprises a screw rod and telescopic assemblies. Bearing supportsare mounted at the left end and the right end of the screw rod, and lifting assemblies are connected with the lower portions of the bearing supports. A base is mounted below the lifting assemblies, and tempering furnace equipment is arranged in the middle of the upper surface of the base. A mesh belt is mounted on the inner lower portion of the tempering furnace equipment, and a bracket is connected to the upper surface of the mesh belt. A ball seat is connected to the outer side of the screw rod, and a supporting rod is mounted below the ball seat. The telescopic assemblies are uniformly mounted below the supporting rod, and clamping assemblies are connected with the lower portions of the telescopic assemblies. Rotating shafts are arranged in the bearing supports, and servo motors are connected to the right ends of the rotating shafts. According to the destressing tempering device, the whole device can be used for operating and arranging the plurality of spring washers at the same time, the efficiency is high, the tempering operation effect is effectively guaranteed, the working efficiency of the whole device is further improved, and the practicability is high.

    本发明公开了一种弹簧垫圈用去应力回火装置及其使用方法,包括丝杆和伸缩组件,所述丝杆的左右两端均安装有轴承支座,且轴承支座的下方连接有升降组件,所述升降组件的下方安装有底座,且底座的上表面中间位置设置有回火炉设备,所述回火炉设备的内部下方安装有网带,且网带的上表面连接有托架,所述丝杆的外侧连接有滚珠座,且滚珠座的下方安装有支杆,所述伸缩组件均匀安装于支杆的下方,且伸缩组件的下方连接有夹持组件,所述轴承支座的内部设置有转轴,且转轴的右端连接有伺服电机。本发明设置整个装置可以同时对多个弹簧垫圈进行操作整理,效率较高,并且在有效保证回火操作效果的同时,进一步提升了整个设备的工作效率,实用性较强。
