The invention discloses an efficient and safe tower crane wire rope anti-falling device which comprises a mounting frame. The mounting frame is internally provided with a first circular plate and a second circular plate which are mounted on the mounting frame, mounting grooves are formed in the opposite surfaces of the first circular plate and the second circular plate, the two mounting grooves are both internally and slidably connected with sliding plates, a fixed pulley is installed between the two sliding plates, and the opposite sides of the two sliding plates are both fixedly connected with a plurality of first springs, the first springs are respectively and fixedly connected to the inner walls of the mounting groove on the same side, and a plurality of limiting mechanisms are arranged between the two sliding plates and the first circular plate as well as the second circular plate. The fixed pulley can be limited in a buffered mode through the cooperation of the first springs, a T-shaped rod and a third spring, the protection of a steel wire rope and the fixed pulley is realized, meanwhile, when the fixed pulley moves, an anti-falling roller moves downwards and abuts against the steel wire rope, and through the abutment of the anti-falling roller on the steel wire rope, the steel wire rope can be effectively prevented from jumping.

    本发明公开了一种高效安全的塔式起重机钢丝绳防脱装置,包括安装架,所述安装架内设有与其安装的第一圆板和第二圆板,所述第一圆板和第二圆板相对的一面均设有安装槽,两个所述安装槽内均滑动连接有滑动板,两个所述滑动板之间安装定滑轮,两个所述滑动板相背的一面均固定连接有多个第一弹簧,多个所述第一弹簧分别与同侧的安装槽的内壁固定连接,两个所述滑动板与第一圆板和第二圆板之间均设有多个限位机构。本发明通过第一弹簧、T型杆和第三弹簧配合,可以对定滑轮进行缓冲限位,实现对钢丝绳和定滑轮的保护,同时定滑轮移动时,使得防脱辊向下移动并与钢丝绳相抵,通过防脱辊对钢丝绳相抵,可以有效防止钢丝绳跳动的情况发生。
