The invention relates to a folding mechanism of a vehicle. The mechanism comprises a vertical rod and a folding base; the vertical rod is used for being connected with a handlebar; the folding base isused for being connected with an automobile body; the upper end of the folding base is rotationally connected with the lower end of the vertical rod; an inserting opening is formed in the lower end face of the vertical rod; a connecting column capable of being inserted into the inserting opening in a matched mode is arranged at the upper end of the folding base; and the inner circumferential wallof the inserting opening and at least the lower portion of the outer circumferential wall of the connecting column are matched and pressed through a conical surface with a small upper end and a big lower end. The vertical rod of the vehicle is in a vertical state relative to the vehicle body in a mode that the inserting opening is connected with the connecting column in an inserting fit mode; since at least the lower part of the insertion surface is matched and pressed through the conical surface with the small upper end and the large lower end, when the matching position is abraded, the depth of the connecting column inserted into the inserting opening can be adjusted at any time to automatically compensate the abraded position, and the gap between the connecting column and the insertingopening is kept as small as possible, so that the stability after assembly is improved, abrasion and use noise are reduced, and the user experience is improved.
本发明涉及一种车的折叠机构,包括立杆及折叠基座,立杆用于与车把手相连接,折叠基座用于与车身相连接,折叠基座的上端与立杆下端转动连接,立杆的下端面上开设有插口,折叠基座的上端具有能与该插口相插配连接的连接柱,插口内周壁与连接柱外周壁的至少下部通过上端小、下端大的锥形面配合压紧。本发明通过插口与连接柱插配连接的方式使车的立杆相对于车身处于立起状态,由于插配面的至少下部通过上端小、下端大的锥形面配合压紧,当配合处发生磨损时,可随时调整连接柱插入插口中的深度而对磨损处进行自动补偿,保持连接柱与插口之间的间隙尽可能小,从而提高装配后的稳定性,降低磨损及使用噪音,提高用户体验感。
