The invention discloses an intelligent charging test device based on the Internet of Things. The intelligent charging test device comprises a mobile terminal, a server, a central control gateway and intelligent charging nodes; the mobile terminal, the server, the central control gateway and the intelligent charging node can monitor the charging electric quantity and the charging time; charging canbe ended at any time; the intelligent charging nodes should be deployed in an area capable of communicating with the central control gateway. The main function of the intelligent charging node is toprovide a charging interface and complete acquisition of charging electric quantity, voltage and active power and metering of charging electric energy to realize full automatic power-off and automaticpower-off under sudden abnormal conditions; the charging nodes communicates with the central control gateway through an LoRa wireless transmission module. And the central control gateway establishestcp connection with the server by using a 4G module to perform bidirectional communication, collects data of the intelligent charging nodes, uploads the data to the server by using the 4G module, andis responsible for analyzing a command issued by the server to realize control of the charging node.

    一种基于物联网的智能充电测试装置,包括移动终端、服务器、中控网关和智能充电节点,移动终端、服务器、中控网关和智能充电节点能进行监控充电电量、充电时间,并可以随时结束充电,智能充电节点应部署在能和中控网关通信的区域,智能充电节点的主要功能是提供充电接口,并完成充电电量、电压、有功功率的采集和充电电能的计量,可实现充满自动断电和突发异常情况自动断电,充电节点通过LoRa无线传输模块和中控网关进行通信,中控网关用4G模块与服务器建立tcp连接,进行双向通信,中控网关收集智能充电节点的数据,然后利用4G模块上传到服务器,并负责解析服务器下发命令,实现对充电节点的控制。
