The invention belongs to the technical field of automobile batteries, and discloses a split type battery pack system. Sub-battery packs are placed in battery cabins; the sub-battery packs in the different battery cabins are connected with a power supply circuit through parallel connection; a temperature sensor is fixed in each battery cabin through a bolt; a plurality of springs are fixed to the bottom of each battery cabin through bolts; a protective cover is connected to the outer side of each battery cabin through a spring hinge shaft, and electric control locks matched with each other arearranged at the other end of the protective cover and the battery cabin respectively. According to the split type battery pack system of the invention, the small battery packs are put into the singlebattery cabins, so that the temperature data of each small battery pack can be monitored in real time through the temperature sensors; when it is monitored that the temperature of the sub-battery packin one battery cabin rises rapidly, a vehicle-mounted control system immediately starts the electromagnetic valves of the electric control locks to automatically open a battery cabin door, the battery pack is automatically and rapidly ejected out of a vehicle by 2 m under the elastic force of the springs in the battery cabin, the whole vehicle is prevented from being burnt and scrapped, safety ishigh, and economic losses are reduced.

    本发明属于汽车电池技术领域,公开了一种分体式电池组系统,电池仓内部放置有子电池组,不同电池仓内的多个子电池组通过并联连接与供电电路连接;电池仓内通过螺栓固定有温度传感器;电池仓底部通过螺栓固定有多个弹簧,电池仓外侧通过弹簧铰轴连接有防护盖,防护盖另一端与电池仓分别设置有相互配合的电控锁。本发明通过将小电池组放入单独电池仓,可以通过温度传感器对每个小电池组的温度数据进行实时监测,当监测其中一个电池仓里的子电池组温度快速升高时,车载控制系统立即启动电控锁的电磁阀将电池仓门自动打开,电池组在电池仓内的弹簧弹力下自动迅速的被弹出车2米外,避免整车被燃烧报废,安全性高,减少了经济损失。
