A weighing sensor is mounted on the upper part of an industrial grab bucket to collect a mineral weight signal and convert themineral weight signal to output a current capable of being transmitted and calculated, and a current signal is subjected to current-voltage conversion and then outputs a corresponding voltage analog quantity signal; and a digital signal obtained by performing an analog-digital conversion program on the voltage signal is subjected to sliding average filtering processing, the filtered digital signalis subjected to accurate weight value calculation, and weight values are output into an upper computer for displaying. The collected weight values are subjected to two-time software filtering processing, the jitter disturbance and the random disturbance are filtered out, the measuring error is small, in the dynamic process that the grab bucket grabs minerals to put the minerals into a transport vehicle, the weights of the minerals poured into the mineral transport vehicle by the grab bucket are accurately measured and displayed to an operation worker in real time, thus the weights of the minerals in the transport vehicle are controlled to be within a certain range, and the problem of low economic benefits caused by overloading or underloading is avoided.

    本发明涉及一种高效矿物自动称重系统,工业抓斗上部安装称重传感器采集矿物重量信号并转化输出为可传输计算的电流,电流信号经由电流‑电压转换后输出相应的电压模拟量信号;对电压信号通过模拟‑数字转换程序得到的数字信号进行滑动平均滤波处理,对滤波后的数字信号进行精确重量值计算输出到上位机中进行显示。本发明对收集到的重量值进行了两次软件滤波处理,滤除了抖动干扰和随机干扰,测量误差小,实现在抓斗抓取矿物放入运输车内的动态过程中,精确测量出抓斗倒入矿物运输车内的矿物重量,并实时显示给操作工人,从而控制运输车内矿物重量在一定范围内,避免超载或低载带来的经济效益低下问题。
