The invention relates to the technical field of lifting appliances, in particular to a balance lifting appliance device. The adopted technical scheme is as follows: the balance lifting appliance device comprises a sling tray for connecting hoisting equipment, wherein at least two groups of sling assemblies are arranged below the sling tray; the sling assemblies comprise connecting bodies connectedwith the sling tray, and the connecting bodies are rotatably connected with a mandrel; the mandrel is used for winding flexible slings, and one end of the mandrel is connected with a torque sensor; and the connecting bodies are also provided with stopping mechanisms, and the stopping mechanisms are used for controlling the rotation of the mandrel. A single rigging has the advantages that the length is adjustable and the stress state is controllable, the scene adaptability and the hoisting safety of the lifting appliance can be greatly improved, the configuration specification and the number of lifting appliances in different application occasions can be reduced, and the guarantee condition of hoisting work is reduced.
