The invention discloses an active aligning control method of an electric power steering system based on a relative position angle. The method comprises the following steps of: 1) acquiring a steeringwheel relative position angle SAr after range expansion; 2) acquiring a steering wheel absolute position angle zero point SAa0; 3) acquiring a steering wheel absolute position angle SAa; 4) calculating an aligning current; and at the end of aligning current calculation, driving a motor to generate an active aligning torque by a controller to make the steering wheel return to a middle position. According to the method, an angle sensor does not need to be additionally arranged, cost is not increased, an incidental relative position angle signal in an existing torque sensor is utilized, absoluteposition angle information of a steering wheel is obtained through calculation, and active aligning control is conducted in combination with vehicle state information like vehicle speed signals and torque signals.
本发明公开了一种电动助力转向系统基于相对位置角度的主动回正控制方法,步骤是:1)获取量程扩展后的方向盘相对位置角度S;2)获取方向盘绝对位置角度零点S;3)获取方向盘绝对位置角度S;4)回正电流计算;回正电流计算完成后,控制器驱动电机产生主动回正力矩,使方向盘回到中间位置。该方法无需额外增加角度传感器,无成本增加,利用现有的扭矩传感器内附带的相对位置角度信号,通过计算得到方向盘绝对位置角度信息,再结合车速信号、扭矩信号等车辆状态信息进行主动回正控制。
