The invention provides an urban rail vehicle air conditioning and ventilating system with a single air conditioning unit. The system comprises the air conditioning unit, an air volume distribution box, a main air supply duct and a short air duct below the unit, wherein an air supply port and an air return port are formed in the two ends of the air conditioning unit respectively and separated in asealed mode through a partition plate; the air supply port is connected with an air distribution box internally provided with a flow guide air duct with a shape resembling the lower case of lambda; the flow guide air duct with the shape resembling the lower case of lambda divides the air supply port into an upper part and a lower part; and the main air supply duct and the short air duct below theunit are variable-section air ducts. Compared with a conventional double-air-conditioning-unit system, the initial investment of a vehicle is small, and the cost of a single vehicle is saved by about80000 yuan; the weight of the single vehicle is reduced by about 500 kg, so operation cost of the vehicle is effectively reduced; the air-conditioning system has few parts, low system failure rate and halved maintenance cost; the air conditioning and ventilating system of the whole vehicle is more reasonable in airflow organization, and a whole-vehicle temperature field and a whole-vehicle wind speed field are distributed more uniformly; and in cooperation with an air conditioner compressor frequency conversion control technology, a refrigeration adjusting range is larger, and comfort in an automobile is better.

    一种单台空调机组的城轨车辆空调及通风系统,包括空调机组、风量分配箱、主送风道、机组下矮风道,空调机组两端分别设置送风口和回风口,送风口和回风口采用隔板密封分隔开。送风口处连接内置“入”字形导流风道的风量分配箱,“入”字形导流风道将送风口分隔为上下两部分,所述主送风道和机组下方矮风道都为变截面风道。本发明相比常规双空调机组系统,车辆初期投入少,单节车辆节约成本约8万元;单节车辆重量减轻约500kg,有效减少车辆运营成本;空调系统部件数量少,系统故障率低、维修维护成本减半;整车空调及通风系统气流组织更合理,整车温度场和风速场分布更均匀;配合空调压缩机变频控制技术,使制冷调节范围更大,车内舒适性更好。
