The invention discloses a lithium battery power utilization safety supervision system based on a cloud platform. The battery car lithium battery supervision system aims to solve the problems that an existing battery car lithium battery supervision system cannot reasonably remind a user to carry out timely charging and cannot carry out charging analysis on a destination of the user, and comprises adata acquisition module, a cloud platform, a charging detection module and a supervision early warning module. The battery information of a battery car lithium battery is analyzed and processed to obtain a lithium shadow value, the lithium shadow value is analyzed to obtain an electric quantity reminding value of the lithium battery, and charging reminding is conducted on the lithium battery through the electric quantity reminding value, so the situation that the service life of the lithium battery is shortened due to power failure is avoided; by analyzing a route, a registered user can knowwhether to charge the battery car or not in time, and traveling of the registered user is facilitated; and an overcharge protection module performs overcharge protection on the lithium battery of theregistered battery of the registered user, so the lithium battery is prevented from being in an overcharge state for a long time and thus prevented from being damaged.
