The invention discloses a working disc of a tire changer. The working disc comprises a disc body, wherein a mounting sleeve is arranged on the disc body, the disc body and the mounting sleeve are integrally formed in a casting mode, and the disc body and the mounting sleeve are made of an aluminum alloy material. According to the invention, the aluminum alloy material is adopted for die-casting forming, so manufacturing procedures are reduced, labor cost is reduced, chromium plating is not needed for the aluminum alloy materials, and environmental pollution in a chromium plating process is reduced; the disc body and the mounting sleeve are integrally formed, so welding and welding defects possibly occurring in the welding process are avoided, smoke dust occurring in the welding process isalso avoided, and air pollution is reduced; and the disc body is provided with a reinforcing structure, so the strength of the disc body can be improved, and the reinforcing structure can recover deformation of the disc body in work so as to allow the disc body to be used normally.

    本发明公开了一种拆胎机工作盘,包括盘体,所述盘体上设有安装套,所述盘体与所述安装套为一体铸造成型,所述盘体与所述安装套为铝合金材质。本发明采用铝合金材料压铸成型,减少了制作工序,降低了人工成本,铝合金材质无需镀铬,减少了镀铬过程中的环境污染;盘体和安装套一体成型,避免了焊接,以及焊接过程中有可能出现的焊接缺陷,同时避免焊接过程中出现的烟尘,减少空气污染。盘体设有加强结构,一方面可以增加盘体强度,另一方面,加强结构可以使盘体在工作中发生的形变恢复,使盘体继续正常使用。
