The invention discloses an automatic clamping sampling device and method for water environment monitoring. The sampling device comprises an unmanned ship, the unmanned ship is provided with a first support, a second support and a first linear module. The first linear module comprises a first motor, a base is slidably connected to the first linear module, a second linear module is connected to theupper portion of the base, the second linear module comprises a second motor, a sliding block is slidably connected to the second linear module, a lifting air cylinder is connected to the sliding block, and a clamp is connected to a lifting lead screw; a clamp comprises a shell, notches are formed in the two sides of the shell, each notch is internally and rotationally connected with a triangularstop block through a pin shaft, and a torsion spring is arranged on each pin shaft. A clamping table is arranged on the top outer wall of a test tube; the clamping table is clamped on a stop block; flanges matched with the first stop blocks are arranged at the two sides of the top of the second support; and a controller is also arranged to realize control of each electric appliance element. The device is simple in structure, reasonable in design and capable of automatically clamping test tubes, sampling at multiple places is achieved, and the working efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种水环境监测用可自动夹装的取样装置及方法,包括无人船,无人船上设有第一支架、第二支架、第一线性模组,第一线性模组包括第一电机,第一线性模组上滑动连接有底座,底座上方连接有第二线性模组,第二线性模组包括第二电机,第二线性模组滑动连接有滑块,滑块连接有升降气缸,升降丝杠连接有夹具;夹具包括壳体,壳体两侧开设有槽口,每个槽口内通过销轴各转动连接有呈三角状的挡块,销轴上设有扭力弹簧;试管的顶部外壁上设置有卡台;卡台卡接在挡块上;第二支架顶部两侧设置有与第一挡块相适配的挡边;还有控制器,实现对各电器元件的控制。本发明结构简单、设计合理,可自动夹装试管,实现多个地点的取样,提高了工作效率。
