The invention relates to a pod thruster boundary layer absorption type vortex eliminating device that is installed on a pod thruster. The device is characterized by comprising: a vortex suction module, a flow guide channel module and a water flow propelling module; according to the invention, the vortex eliminating device is arranged in the boundary laminar flow crushing area on the nacelle; whenwater flow is pumped to the rear flow guide channel through the front flow guide channel, the effects that a boundary layer to be broken and formed vortexes are sucked in, a low-pressure area at the tail of the nacelle is filled up, the resistance of the nacelle is reduced, and the hydrodynamic performance and the propelling efficiency are improved are achieved, the rear flow guide pipe is provided with the partition plate with the Y-shaped or cross-shaped section, and lateral force brought by a water flow propelling module is reduced. The adaptive capacity of the pod propeller to different hydrodynamic environments is improved on the body, the stability of the pod propelling system is improved, the pod propelling system is more convenient and safer, the navigation cost is reduced on the whole, and the hydrodynamic performance of the pod in work is effectively improved.
