The invention discloses a lightweight underwater crawler chassis which is composed of a main body frame, an underwater motor, a crawler system and a torsion bar combination, the whole structure of thechassis is made of light-weight pipes, so that the weight of the chassis can be effectively reduced; through the arranged telescopic rod mechanism, the tightness degree of the crawler belt can be adjusted conveniently, so that installation and adaptation to different terrains are facilitated, and meanwhile underwater obstacle impact during movement can be buffered; in addition, a double-damping structure is formed by adopting a mode of combining an elastic rod and a lateral torsion rod elastic structure, and the double-damping structure comprehensively acts on the bearing wheel, so that the bearing wheel is always close to the crawler belt to prevent falling.

    本发明公开了一种轻量化水下履带底盘,其由主体框架、水下电机、履带系统和扭杆组合组成;其整体结构上采用轻量化的管材制成,能够有效减轻底盘重量;并且通过设置的伸缩杆机构,便于调节履带松紧程度,便于安装和适应不同地形,同时还能缓冲运动时水下障碍物冲击;另外采用弹性杆和侧向扭杆弹性结构组合的方式,形成双减震结构,其综合作用在承载轮上,使其始终贴近履带防止脱落。
