The invention relates to a navigation driving system for a railway vehicle underbody inspection system. The system comprises a trigger positioning device used for locating the position of a to-be-detected target point in a to-be-detected railway vehicle and generating a deceleration signal and a parking brake signal and a parking positioning device that is connected with the trigger positioning device and is used for decelerating the inspection system according to the deceleration signal and parking and braking the inspection system according to the parking brake signal to enable the inspection system to be located and parked at the to-be-detected target point. According to the system, the detection equipment is accurately and stably stopped at the position of the to-be-detected target ina double-positioning mode; the trigger positioning device is used for locating a randomly parked maintenance target point position and triggering deceleration and parking brake signals in due time, the parking positioning device can respond to the deceleration signals and the parking brake signals respectively, and finally the inspection equipment is accurately parked at the maintenance target point position at a time.
