The power battery pack is connected with an intermediate direct-current loop, the intermediate direct-current loop comprises a pre-charging circuit, a traction converter and a storage battery charger, and the other end of the pre-charging circuit is connected with the traction converter and the storage battery charger separately and is connected to the traction motor and the storage battery separately; the system further comprises a four-quadrant rectification module, one end of the four-quadrant rectification module is connected to the intermediate direct current loop, and the other end of the four-quadrant rectification module is connected to the diesel generating set, the ground power supply and the auxiliary system. The invention can achieve the purpose of meeting the requirement of hybrid control of the locomotive power battery and the diesel generating set is achieved.
