The invention relates to an electric bridge driving system and a vehicle. Disclosed is a bridge drive system for a vehicle. The system comprises a housing, a motor, a transmission shaft connected to the motor in an anti-torsion manner and configured as a hollow shaft, a planetary gear speed change device arranged on the transmission shaft and a differential mechanism. The output end of the planetary gear speed change device is connected to the input end of the differential mechanism in an anti-torsion mode. The differential mechanism comprises a first output shaft and a second output shaft; the first output shaft is arranged to be coaxial with the transmission shaft and penetrates through the transmission shaft in the axial direction, the second output shaft extends in a direction coaxialwith the first output shaft and opposite to the first output shaft, and the motor, the transmission shaft, the planetary gear speed change device and the differential mechanism are coaxially arrangedin the housing.
