The invention discloses a prefabricated steel pile construction method. The method comprises the steps that a prefabricated reinforcement cage is bound on a clamping fixture to be formed at a time, the bound and formed reinforcement cage is uniformly sleeved with hinges, lifting hooks on the lower portion of a main beam of a reinforcement cage lifting tool are put downwards, the hinges are hung onthe lifting hooks correspondingly, and the lifting tool conducts horizontal lifting and conveys a reinforcement cage mold onto movable supporting trolleys in an aligned mode; a prefabricated steel pile mold is installed on the movable supporting trolleys; the movable supporting trolleys move synchronously on rails, the reinforcement cage mold is conveyed to the position below a turnover table, abottom plate of the reinforcement cage mold is in bolt connection with a turnover frame, and a lower hoop is installed to fasten the lower end of the reinforcement cage mold; the upper end of the reinforcement cage mold is marked, the marked position is sleeved with a hinge, the lifting hooks on the lower portion of the main beam of the reinforcement cage lifting tool are put downwards, the hingesare hung on the lifting hooks correspondingly, the lifting tool conducts lifting upwards, and turning of the reinforcement cage mold is achieved with the hinged position between the turnover frame and the turnover table as a rotary center; and concrete is poured into the mold, and a prefabricated steel pile is maintained. The invention further discloses a corresponding auxiliary system.
本发明公开一种预制钢桩柱施工方法,其包括:将预制钢筋笼在胎具上一次绑扎成型,在绑扎成型的钢筋笼上均匀套上铰链,将钢筋笼吊装工具主梁下的吊钩下放,使铰链对应挂在吊钩上,吊具水平起吊,将钢筋笼模具吊运至移动支撑小车上对正;移动支撑小车上安装预制钢桩柱模具;移动支撑小车在轨道上同步移动,将钢筋笼模具运送至翻转台下,将钢筋笼模具底板与翻转架螺栓连接,安装下抱箍,锁紧钢筋笼模具下端;钢筋笼模具的上端标记,在标记位置套上铰链,将钢筋笼吊装工具主梁下的吊钩下放,使铰链对应挂在吊钩上,吊具向上起吊,以翻转架与翻转台铰接处为旋转中心实现钢筋笼模具的翻转;模具内浇筑混凝土并养护制预制钢桩柱,还公开相应辅助系统。
