The invention discloses a towing device for offshore wind power large-diameter single pile floating transportation. The towing device comprises a balance beam, a pair of fixed floating boxes, at leastone pair of variable floating boxes and an automatic hanging and buckling mechanism. The balance beam comprises a balance beam frame, two side transverse partition plates, a shaft sleeve, two rear flange plates, two front flange plates and towrope hanging lugs; the pair of fixed floating boxes are installed on the two rear flange plates in a one-to-one correspondence mode; the pair of variable floating boxes are installed on the two front flange plates in a one-to-one correspondence mode; the automatic hanging buckle mechanism comprises a pair of oil cylinders, a pair of clamping plates and apair of limiting plates;the pair of oil cylinders are installed in oil cylinder mounting holes in the two side transverse partition plates in a one-to-one correspondence mode; the inner ends of the clamping plates are hinged to the ends of piston rods of the oil cylinders, and the outer ends of the clamping plates are each provided with a clamping groove with the width matched with the height ofthe flange assembly; and the pair of limiting plates are fixed to the outer end faces of the two end plates in a one-to-one correspondence mode. The towing device can be automatically buckled and released with a single pile, the single pile can be prevented from being turned over, and the sealing performance of a plugging device cannot be affected.

    本发明公开了一种海上风电大直径单桩浮运的拖航装置,包括平衡梁、一对固定浮箱、至少一对可变浮箱和自动挂扣机构。平衡梁包括平衡梁框架、两块边横隔板、一个轴套、两块后法兰板、两块前法兰板和拖缆挂耳;一对固定浮箱一一对应地安装在两块后法兰板上;一对可变浮箱一一对应地安装在两块前法兰板上;自动挂扣机构包括一对油缸、一对卡板和一对限位板;一对油缸一一对应地安装在两块边横隔板上的油缸安装孔中;一对卡板的内端与一对油缸的活塞杆的端头铰接,外端各自设有宽度与法兰组合件的高度适配的卡槽;一对限位板一一对应地固定在两块端板的外端面上。本发明能与单桩实现自动挂扣和脱扣,并能防止单桩翻转,还不会影响封堵器的密封性能。
