The invention provides an acid-free preparation method of a wet-process rubber compound. The acid-free preparation method comprises the steps of preparing a white carbon black aqueous dispersion and carrying out acid-free flocculation on a wet gel material. According to the invention, mixing, dynamic mixing and rapid flocculation of the white carbon black in a liquid phase are realized, the problem of sedimentation caused by density difference between the white carbon black and field natural latex is solved, and the dispersibility and uniformity of the white carbon black in natural rubber areimproved. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that the production field is small, the production period is short, ideal performances can be obtained by using the most common white carbon black, and the dust pollution in the whole production process is small; and compared with the traditional acid flocculation process, the water used in the production process can be reduced by 70% (15-20 tons of water can be saved for each ton of sizing material); and sewage discharge is reduced by more than 60%. The production period is shortened by more than half. When the rubber material produced by the method is used for manufacturing tires, the mixing energy consumption can be reduced by about 30%. The rolling resistance of the tire is reduced by 20%, the heat generation is reduced by 25%, the tensile strength and the tearing strength are high, and the aging resistance of the rubber compound is good.

    本发明提供一种湿法混炼胶料的无酸制备方法,其包括:白炭黑水分散体的制备以及湿凝胶料的无酸絮凝的步骤。本发明实现了在液相中进行白炭黑的混炼,动态混合和快速絮凝,解决了因白炭黑与田间天然胶乳密度差异而造成的沉降问题,白炭黑有天然橡胶中的分散性和均匀性提高。生产场地小、生产周期短,可用最普通的白炭黑获得较理想的各项性能,且整个生产过程的粉尘污染小,相对于传统的有酸絮凝工艺,可减少生产工艺用水70%(每吨胶料可节约用水15~20吨);减少污水排入放60%以上。生产周期缩短一半以上。采用本方法生产的胶料在制造的轮胎时,混炼能耗可减少30%左右。轮胎的滚动阻力降低20%,生热降低25%,抗张强度和抗撕强度高,胶料的耐老化性能好。
